Awful TV
Dreadful tv, hard to turn off, always buffering which isn’t my WiFi as I can watch tv easily on my ancient IPad

Overall, I love what Samsung has done design-wise, but the panel itself could be better.
First thing to note: if you want access to all the images available via Samsung's gallery, you need to pay a subscription fee. It is possible to upload your own pictures, however.I wanted a TV that would blend into my decor as much as possible - preferably one without any logos or visible lights on the front. The Frame delivers that with a super simple frame like bezel and a no-gap wall mount (included). From a design and build perspective, it's perfect for me.Picture wise, it's OK. First thing I'd recommend you do after getting it is turning intelligent mode off - it makes everything look like a cheap daytime tv show. Movie mode probably has the most accurate colours. Black levels aren't great, the backlight isn't completely uniform, and viewing angles aren't as sharp as an IPS panel. That said, the picture is very sharp and things look good in motion. It's great for gaming and watching sports, adequate for everything else.Overall, I love what Samsung has done design-wise, but the panel itself could be better.

There are cheaper options deliver almost the same experience.
I got some Samsung 2019 QLED 4K version for less than half the price of this, so this may be top of the line, but I am not sure what more it puts on the table to justify this price. The image is very good on mine (but in default mode all the movies and show looks like soap operas) the biggest problem is Bixby and I think this one supports Alexa and Google assistant as well, so this at least should be fixed in this version. The Tizen OS is somewhat good, but the apps are limited, so check the included ones before you buy. If you own Samsung phone as I do you can watch on it whatever is on the TV. For the price, check other QLEDs, as the experience should not deffer for most people.
