JOYOJF-307 classic vintage California amps simulator

Great pedal. I used to use either a Deluxe Reverb or a tweed Super for live work. I now use this at the end of my pedal board with a Digitech Cabdryvr going direct to the board for live and studio work. It's not a tube amp, to be sure, but it is really, really close. It takes pedals in front of it well and it's always the same. Way easier setup, way easier breakdown. I've used more expensive modeler pedals as well as software and this, to my ears, is right up there with them. The only downside is there is no speaker sim on the output, hence the cabdryvr, and that is the only reason it's not 5 stars.

I ordered the product thru amazon and it was here in 2 days no damage. I have been wanting to make a mini pedal board for the past few weeks and this pedal is really mini and built tough as a tank! It took me 2 minutes to get a tone i like since i also have a joyo american sound i am familiar with these pedals. I would say the Joyo clean glass and the joyo american glass are very similar but like i said i am building a mini pedal board so i need the same sound in a mini pedal.. MIssion Accomplished!!!!

I'm an owner of the Joyo American Sound. I was hoping that this would fit that bill, albeit in a more compact configuration. Bear in mind, though, I use this in an odd configuration. I have this in my effects loop as an additional eq/drive stage on my Mesa Boogie Mark V25.Being that the Clean Glass has a tone knob, rather than the parametric eq of the American Sound, I found that I was not able to find the sweet spot of sparkle to bass response.Again, I'm using this in an unintended fashion, so your mileage may vary. The price is good, though.

I love this pedal. I use it for my harp. I gig with it several nights a week with my band The Pine Box Dwellers. Its reliable, small, and I love the flip top to keep me from bumping my sweet spot. I had the american sound first, but I had to condense my pedal board for travel.

I've been intrigued about this pedal, and recently pulled the trigger on it to use as a voice for direct guitar recording into Ableton Live. I'm not really impressed, truthfully. I haven't even recorded with this, I much prefer the Joyo AC tone or the Joyo California sound.For being a "Clean amp simulator", it drives way too easy for my liking with humbuckers. Perhaps it was meant only for use with single coil pickup equipped guitars, but I have multiple guitars with both types. Mind, I am able to dial in a decent clean tone with both 'buckers and single coils, but it sounds bland.Another qualm I have with this: This pedal is TINY!! Initially, I thought it was a good thing, but it is so small, there is no battery compartment! It only has a plug jack for an external power supply. I use either a 1spot adapter, or a modified 9v battery adapter to power this.In comparison, the AC Tone and California sounds are indeed bigger in size, but also in tone and tone possibilities. These pedals can go from a nice, sparkly clean to a aggressive snarl (AC Tone) all the way up to face melting metal distortion (California sound). They have battery compartments and external power jacks. So if you want a Joyo pedal for amp simulation, I recommend these two or even the American Sound over this Clean Glass pedal.

Awesome pedal, does more then I spected

Probably my fault for expecting a miracle. Maybe OK for helping the sound going into a mixing board, but to enhance the sound of a solid state amp, I had more luck using my cheap 5 band EQ stomp box. Not to forget, you must use a 9v NEGITIVE CENTER power adapter. Add that to you cost as well. IMO, its just an overpriced EQ unit with a drive control. I messed with this thing for hours and ended up going back to my EQ.

Sound like the real Fender.

Cheap and small, a great solution for an ampless setup. I really needed an amp simulator between my pedalboard and loopstation and this little JOYO does the job.

so so good! i use it on a bass. sounds mega great, can do everything, voice knob lot of more efficient than a bass/mid/treb eq; there you can become snarly, biting, or the opposite of those; and that in clean or crunch or od. When you add with the tone knob: bing, wow; my bass talks to me about it when i sleep. this tiny one makes the world better and bigger, and makes me even more glad of separating my waste. it's the crunch generator i was looking for to my bass since always. don't change it anything, just keep facturing it. from paris suburb south 92,franceTellement bonne! je l'utilise sur bass. sonne mega bien, peut tout faire, potard voice bcp mieux que bas/mid/tre eq, avec vous pouvez devenir hargneux, mordant, ou bien leur opposé; et cela en clean, crunch ou od. qd vous ajoutez le potard tone: bim! ma bass m'en parle qd je dors. cette petite rends le monde plus grand et mieux, et fait que je suis encore plus content de trier mes déchets. c'est le générateur de crunch que je cherchais depuis toujours. surtout n'y changez rien, fabriquez le juste

Yo lo uso como emulador de ampli Fender, conectándome con él directamente al pc. El resultado por su dinámica y calidad de sonido en relación a su precio es inmejorable.

excellent !!je voulais une zen drive mais trop cher :)sinon elle a un son proche de roben ford par exemple :) une pédale super interessante ! un joli crunch , un son clean agréable pour du funk ! un pur bonheur :)
