The media could not be loaded. The shaver comes with 5 different heads, and a cleaning brush. Most easily my favourite head is the 3-in-1 shaving head. It shaved the hairs incredibly well and smooth, and was really quick. The shaving head is soft so it easy on your skin. The shaver is a little noisy, but effective. It also comes with a Facial cleansing head, which felt OK, but probably needs a little more prolonged use to see more effective results. A detailed trimmer is also included, which is great, as it has 3 settings. I did manage to pull off the blade comb whilst trying to set it, but easily set it back into place. There is also a Epilator and another trimming head, both of which worked great. Changing the accessories is really easy by popping on and off. Charging for the first use was quick, and seems to last ages so you don't need to keep recharging after every use. Fully recommended if you are looking for a great shaver at a reasonable price.

Good product!

This shaver has been very easy to use. The different heads are great for different body parts and the extra facial exfoliation head is also a great addition to the set. It's really easy to clean, you just wash the head under warm water and let it air dry. The wireless aspect has also made shaving a less bothersome experience. Overall, good value for money. Would recommend.

I absolutely love this lady shaver. I had been trailing Amazon for days after having to previously return a different one for missing parts. So when I finally decided on this one I was a little apprehensive, but lucky for me this one came spot on. I love the quality of the razor itself it is a good design, easy to hold and not to chunky, and all the extra attachments are great especially for the price. The stand makes a great added bonus to keep it all together without worrying about loosing anything as well as looking neat and tidy, without having attachment spread all over the bathroom. I also love the fact you can use it in the shower. I am happy with the results after use and I’m pleased I decided to give this product a go.

I bought this for my daughter as it looked easy to use and lots of options. She didn’t use it for a while and when she did we realised there was no charging cable included. That was ok as we used one of my husbands which for fine, but annoying. However after a couple of uses the shaver just stopped working and wouldn’t charge - completely dead. I contacted support but they didn’t respond. The product was actually quite good - if it had continued to work. So on that basis and the lack of response can only give it 1*. Waste of money it seems

UPDATE *** customer service asked me to plug in the old shaver with the new charger so they could see what the difference was. I tried both shavers with both chargers and the new shaver was charging fine. I then made the mistake of switching on the new shaver while it was on charge - it instantly cut the shaver off and now it won't work. I've never had a device before that gets killed by switching it on while charging, but I now have two shavers that don't work and at this point, despite loving the shaver, I've asked for a refund. I would never use the shaver whilst on charge but can't trust myself to never switch it on accidentally while charging in the future. This design flaw needs to be fixed.I bought this shaver in March and was really pleased with the quality of the shave (no pulling or catching, powerful motor). Unfortunately, at the start of October, it would no longer charge when I plugged it in. I emailed the seller and they responded within a day asking for more information, and they then sent me a replacement shaver which arrived two days later. It's rare for customer service to go above and beyond like this and it's nice to know that this company cares about its customers.

Great first impression! I am very pleased with this shaver! I'm very happy that it can be used wet as well, I was looking for a wet shaver, and this one is perfect! I also like the design and it's very small, handy and easy to use. The face massage attachment it's very smooth and soft and I like it very much, it's perfect for my daily routine. The item was very well packaged, it cames with charger, a brush to clean the shaver and a support for the shaver and for each of the heads. It works very good and the delivery was very fast!
