The Sloan 3335001 would be used with a grid type strainer. If you want to use a pop-up, you would have to order the Sloan 3335002.The Sloan 3335001, is an integral side mixer and is used to adjust the temperature of the water coming out.

It does not. But this is a commercial unit which if used in a home it will last forever.

The sensor works great, you don't have to hold your hand really close. The spout comes pretty far out. It also has adjustments on how long the water stays on. You can even turn it off while cleaning.
