Used this to cover a 'whole-house water inlet' valve in the mudroom and it looks great, works great, was easy to install, and is inconspicuous. Well, if I find someone lurking in the mudroom asking what that little door is . . . they are out-of-there.

Worked fine for what it is

As others warmed me, corners arrive bent due to inadequate packaging. It is also somewhat flimsy. Still, it was easily installed, the door stays closed but is easily opened and it provides a decent look for a garage.

I needed access to electrical outlets behind my desk. This allows the access and it looks good. I had no trouble with installation and it was sized appropriately. The quality is sufficient.

Don’t waste your time unless you don’t mind this arriving damaged or missing parts. I’ve ordered this part 4 times now, as I had a project that I prepared, based on this item, and at this point would do just about anything to get a replacement that wasn’t destroyed right out of the box, or missing the keys. The first one I ordered showed up in a box with hardly any packaging, with all four corner completely bent. The 2nd one showed up in a box that looked like it was already a returned item, and missing the keys. The keys are pretty important, as you can’t even install this door without the key. The 3rd one showed up almost identical to the 2nd one, with no key again. The 4th one showed up today, and this one had a key!!! Yay!! Except the door and frame was horribly bent and damaged, and one of the rivets holding the door to the frame was ripped out of the door. Sadly enough I’ve realized that of the 4 times I’ve received this item damaged or missing parts, the original order I received was my best option. I should have just kept the first damaged item, and not expect that there should be any expectations to receive this part in good working condition. Absolute garbage.

Great product, it just fit, and great price!

it's super thin gauge metal, only held shut with punch marks in the frame, and "hinged" with loose rivets, which is a strange design choice.It came packaged poorly, slightly warped, and bent in one corner even though the box itself was pristine.Luckily since I was using it in a closet to make an attic access, it is easily concealable and drilling holes in it to mount it better wasn't going to be seen by many. Others noted that if you have 3/4" thick drywall that you'll have to angle your screws are correct, which is also bad seeing as how it's NOT made to support that angle with any kind of wood screw, which can pull and warp the frame even more if you're not careful.
