Big help for big protein goals
Grateful for this product to increase protein content in my guilty pleasure: pizza. I added this to my homemade dough and it didn’t change the consistency at all. Great quality, no smell that I noticed, a fine powder that mixes well with flour - not thick. Great value for your money!

Good for Fresh Milled Wheat Bread
This seems to be working fine. I have nothing to compare it to as I have never used this in baking before. I did get a nice fluffy tender rise in my fresh milled wheat bread. So for me as my first time it worked great.

Now won't bake bread without it
I'm not a serious baker. A special bread recipe called for bread flour which I didn't want to buy and have go bad on my shelf. I used all purpose flour instead and the results were OK but not great. When I added a tiny amount of this vital wheat gluten to the all purpose flour, it made the best bread for this special need I could have hoped for, and I was even asked for the recipe. I think my bread making has a future now and my significant other is pretty happy about that, bread lover that he is.

Really helps the bread rise
I was having a little trouble getting my bread to rise as it previously did, possibly due to the yeast I've been using for years given to me by my daughter-in-law, even though it is vacuum packed, and I keep it in the freezer after opening. My sister told me about this product, and this was the best buy I could find that could be used in a reasonable amount of time by me. It really works. I use 2 tbsp for half bread flour and half whole wheat flour (3 cups of flour total) as directed by the Google AI. The bread rose just like it used to. I have used rapid rise yeast but sometimes it is hard to get, and I have a lot of this other yeast to use up. By the way, I use a bread machine. It is an old Panasonic which is no longer available.

Improves quality of bread
This product adds so much to homemade bread. It makes the bread lighter and delicious. I have not used it to make seitan, but I highly recommend it for bread making.

It was magical for a fluffy bread.
It was magical! I made a loaf of bread the day before without gluten and it was stodgy and flat. I made a loaf with the gluten and it was beautifully light and fluffy. A little bit goes a long way and completely worth every penny.
