Arteck 2.4G Nano USB Receiver for Arteck Wireless Keyboard or Mouse (For arteck brand only, Not For HW197 or Bluetooth Version)

So happy with that Arteck offer this replacement USB receiver as mine got damaged! It works perfectly as described and saved me having to replace my keyboard and mouse set which would have been over £40! Customer service is always 10/10 as well every time I've reached out to them too.

very good product and easy to set up, I was hesitant it wont work when ordering it but despite the fact that it took a while to connect I am enjoying using it. I am thinking of buying another one as a back up.

When I lost the USB receiver for my Arteck wireless keyboard, I thought I’d probably have to buy a new keyboard.I emailed the Arteck support team just in case and they got back to me literally within a few minutes (they are great). They advised I purchase this USB receiver.Next day, this turned up and I plugged it in. The keyboard didn’t work straight away. But the Arteck team had already told me in advance what to do:1. Press Esc & K on the keyboard - The little power light started flashing2. Plug in the USB receiver into the right side of the laptop3. Move the keyboard near to the USB receiver (I waved the keyboard around within a few cm of the USB receiver)It worked perfectly! I can now use my Arteck keyboard (which is actually the best keyboard I’ve ever owned and it’s solar powered so no batteries needed).All in all, great products and extremely good customer service. Thank you Arteck 👍

Did not work on HW068 Keyboard or mouse. So had to buy a replacement HWO68 Keyboard with usb included. Not happy as I should have only had to buy a usb not the entire keyboard as the one I own is like new.

Ideal for my Arteck HW192 keyboard. Just a shame the keyboard doesn't have a slot for storage of this little dongle as I wouldn't have lost the original then! Anyway this works so I am happy.

I bought this Dongle for my Arteck HW192 keyboard.As per instructions, switch on Keyboard, Insert USB dongle, move keyboard CLOSE tp dongle & Press "ESCAPE + K" Keys, & the device is instantly connected & remembers the dongle there-after.PERFECT & took less than 3 seconds to hook it up.Note that Arteck quote a selection of keyboards that the device will not work with.Delighted & so easy to do.10/10.regardsGrant B

So worth it! I had lost the received on my old keyboard Arteck HW086 and this worked like magic right away. Brilliant.
