This is a really good alternative to the Bosu ball, and a lot cheaper. If you're looking to strengthen your ankles and improve your balance there's nothing wrong with having this one at your house. Can be used for plank work as well.

Super fast delivery, amazing price, and feels very durable. If you want to work on your balance but you're not ready to invest in a Bosu Ball this is a great introductory product. The standing platform is smaller than I was expecting, but it doesn't hinder my ability to use it at all. It comes inflated so it is ready to use out of the box. It weighs all of a few ounces (ok, maybe 1 lb) and tucks away nicely when not in use. I've been using it in the hallway, on a thick rug, so I can use the walls to help me get on and off. When my balance gets better I plan to use it on the hardwood floor in my den, which is possible because it has a slip-resistant bottom. This has made it easy for me to eliminate my excuses for not working on my balance.

I use this product to regain stability for my ankle which I broke a few months ago. I noticed my balance is not stable. I feel it stretching and strengthening tendons/ligaments. So I am confident this will help and much more. I use nonslip socks instead of my shoes.

I got this to help with a knee injury and to increase my gluten and core strength at home. I'm finishing therapy this week and wanted someone to use at home. I know that I can use it for a minute or two at a time. First the top is so slippery and the bottom was too on my hard wood floors. I had to put it on top of a yoga mat to use it. I also took off my shoes and tried it with bare feet and it still felt slippery. So I have some of those socks with rubbery grips on the bottom that I will try next. The platform is small. I'm only 5'4" and it's ok for me to do Squats but my hubby at 6'5" can barely stand on it. I will keep it and use it with a chair or next to a table to mount and dismount. The platform feels sturdy.

I got this to enhance my daily work out routine. I have a hurt wrist and cannot do normal push ups - but I can hold these handles and do push ups using this balance board. It also works a whole new set of muscles! I also use it for squats and other core exercises. I have really enjoyed changing it up with my exercise routine and have noticed an improvement by using this balance board. It also doubles as entertainment for my kids. They love balancing on it. Even my 2 year old holds on to the couch and balances on the board. I love that this is also helping my kids improve their balance and strengthen their muscles even though they just think it's a toy :). It is really high quality, very sturdy, and the bottom is kind of rubbery so it won't slip, which is great. This was a great buy for us!
