Great product.

This oil is so good. If I have a sore throat I drink 4 drops down with some milk and honey and the next day it's gone. Highly recommend. I also used to to burn some skin tags off. Works for so many things. Best quality for money 100%. Make sure you dilute it though lol.

Good quality oregano oil.It is 100% essential oregano oil obtained by steam destilation (80% Carvacrol = active ingredient).Packaging is neat, I like the old fashioned label, the bottle is small (10ml only) but you don’t need to get litres of this and since you take about 3 drops maximum it should last quite a while. The top lid includes the pipette. Oil is yellow as it should be.I like that there is on the packaging the percentage of all the ingredients in oregano oil.I used Oregano oil in the past as a natural antibiotic and as a plantar wart treatment. It is a definitely a must have in your natural medicine cabinet.The oil is very potent and must be diluted before taking it! You can even smell it in the box before you first open the bottle.The oregano oil (all oils really) generally doesn’t blend well with the water (you can put 1 drop into 1.5 litre of water and I tried it in the past but I burnt my lips and tongue with the oil when the oil bits reached my skin).Therefore, I usually put 1-3 drops into a spoonful of flaxseed oil (the olive oil might be actually better because it is more viscose but I don’t like these two tastes combined together) and then I drink a smoothie or a shake straight after. It is good to take a spoonful of some healthy plant based oil daily and hence I use it as a base for the oregano drop if I do so.As a prevention I usually take 1 drop a day and if I want to cure something specific (like in the sense you'd want to cure it with the antibiotics) I up the dosage to about 3 drops 2 or 3 times a day. I think it is very individual and even in the leaflet they suggest starting with less and adjust depending on how you take it, how your body takes it.I don’t take oregano oil all the time (as with all natural medicines it's good to have periods of breaks and not taking anything) but I do take it as a cure for something or when the immune system is/would be down to support it.The leaflet also suggested mixing 1 drop of oregano oil in 2 teaspoons of honey (so if you are not vegan this is a very palatable way to get this oil in!)It doesn’t taste great. It is like a medicine indeed. You want to get it in. Somehow. It could work on the spoon of yoghurt or dairy free yoghurt, too fo those who really hate it.Oregano is a natural antibiotic, it is anti fungal (I successfully healed athlete foot with combining olive oil and oregano oil, using it twice daily, but be careful to wash your hands straightaway and not to touch your face or it will burn!!), it is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory. It can deal with yeast, parasites, and some viruses.I am very happy with the product and I would recommend it!

This is very good for Italian type and tomato dishes.My second suggestion is a salad dressing.You can pair it with a simple apple or white wine vinegar in the same way in a separate bottle. You can also add other spices. This way you can get a constant delicious spicy vinegar for your salad.This product is also good for tea, but just put 1-2 drops in 1-2 liters in large portions. Inhale the steam of the tea because it is also good for the respiratory system due to its cleansing effect.Either way you use it, it’s always just a little because it’s a concentrate.If you feel bitter then you can’t blame the product, simply a lot of it has been used.The brand and product are also quality.I will definitely use it.Highly recommend!I hope the test video with pictures and description will now help you in your decision!

I have purchased this product before but this time it seems to be a lot more powerful!I haven't opened the bottle yet because I still have some left in the old one. Nonetheless the odour/ smell is so overpowering that I had to wrap the bottle in two sealed plastic bags yet can still smell it from two rooms away!

Oregano oil is useful for a number of things. It is a natural antibiotic, and can help with bacterial infections, it may help reduce cholesterol, it is a powerful antioxidant, it may help yeast infections, improve gut health, it has anti-inflammatory qualities, it may give pain relief, it could help with weight loss, and it may even have cancer fighting properties.However, I ordered it to treat my son's warts, because it is effective. The instructions say you should dilute the oil with a carrier oil like olive oil, rapeseed oil etc, because it can burn if applied directly to the skin. It does, but it is barely detectable, but that is why it is effective at treating warts. I usually apply a drop undiluted to the end of a cotton bud, and then gently coat the wart. If there is any burning sensation it is relatively unnoticeable , and disappears quickly. If applied a couple of times a day, it is likely to be gone in a couple of weeks.So it's better than expensive over the counter remedies that freeze, and frankly hardly ever work.This bottle of oregano oil is 100% pure, and produced in Greece. The box contains instructions in multiple languages, and how to use the oil. Oddly it mentions nothing about warts, but it is a well known treatment.Be sure to follow the instructions (apart from using a carrier oil for skin conditions), and you will be amazed at the range of benefits this oil has.Price wise it is good value, and although only 10ml, it will last you for ages. Highly recommended.
