Having bought two of these last year for the childrens bedrooms, I decided to buy another for myself this year. I quickly realised the ‘cooler’ part wasn’t taking water, contacted seller and he’s straight away sent a replacement. The coolers aren’t air conditioners, however, having tried several coolers these are by far the best. The kids rooms stay cool even in the boiling temps we just had. Fill with ice water and make sure you keep it cleaned out regularly and they work great. The size means you can fill and it lasts a few days unlike smaller coolers that aren’t anywhere near as powerful. Thank you for you great service Nyxi!

Obviously this is not as good as a really expensive air conditioning unit but for this price it is bliss. The key to this is the water, if I add ice and the packs the air is really cold which is great right now. I'm very happy with this purchase

It's a very good air cooler, works very well. Not sure what else positive to say other than thatOnly real downside is the noise, you stated it's "low noise" it REALLY is NOT low noise..it's loud as heck

It’s really good product and good quality as well. Doesn’t take a lot space and good valine for money it’s quite and keeps room cool on very hot weather once you put ice in that or cold water. It’s been our souvenir in really hot summer

Don’t buy it. End of. This product offers less cooling ability than my £10 desktop fan. I set this up in my bedroom and it was noisy as hell. The night function made the same amount of noise. Like sleeping next to a jet engine. In the end I switched on my desk fan instead. I have requested a refund. Note however, they expect you to get this bulky unit to a returns facility and pay for returns yourself. this is a bulky item. I have disputed this with Amazon who have been very helpful. The seller states that postage is at customer cost unless they find a fault...the fault is it’s not fit for purpose...I’m guessing they wouldn’t consider that a ‘fault’ as such..

Great fan in cooling the room but after 3 to 4 times used the filter which I clean in the morning after every use smells like a uncleaned fishtank and that smell comes through when switched on apart from that a belting cooler

When I first set the cooler up I just tried fan only set it to the highest fan setting for about 30 minutes. I was very impressed with that infact I was amazed. Then I put the ice packs in ice and two bottles of frozen water let it sit for about 15 minutes and had it filled to maximum and set it running I am very impressed with it. Good value for money too.Now the downside:Noisy but it didn't stop me from sleeping and it has never woken me up so can't be too bad. To empty mine I take it to my back door and pull the plug ( I do live in a bungalow minds ) give it a good wipe out clean the grill and it is set to go again. Referring to the smell all I have smelt is new plastic and it is getting less so no smell problem to me.All in all very happy 😊 😃

U will update the review at a later date as this was only delivered literally 10 minutes ago and my 1st impressions are "Really Good"It was delivered I unboxed it all, read the instructions, filled with water, crushed ice and ice cubes 🧊 I turned it on and I'm getting cold air on my legs straight away. I will return when used for a day or so, including throughout the night tonight and update the review (if I remember) haha 1st impressions, go and buy one asap 👍👍👍***UPDATE***This is not an air con machine, so will not get and keep the room cold. What it does do is cool the room down (our bedroom) emough so we can gat a comfortable good night's sleep, which is exactly what it was purchased for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 from 5 stars from me 👌 well worth the money, if needed I would not hesitate to buy another one. Its fantastic 👏👌😀
