Easy to set up and user friendly

This watch was sold as an ‘excellent’ refurbished item. Glad I checked the battery life before gifting this because it certainly wasn’t excellent and in fact wouldn’t last longer than five minutes after having charged it for at least half an hour first. See photos saying the battery required refurb. Not what I expect from something sold as excellent. The quality of the watch itself was good, no scratches on the screen etc. but if it’s going to die every hour on a full charge then it’s not useful to anyone. The refund process was also unnecessarily laborious, unable to provide pre-paid returns, having to go print out labels (who owns personal printers these days!) and send proof of return postage to their customer service, which I did after eventually finding their email address on their own website (wasn’t provided in the return instructions), to then be told never to contact them via any other method than Amazon! The return label was also the least professional returns label going, which doesn’t inspire confidence when someone’s knocked one up on a word document. And after having this product back 9 workings days I eventually received the refund after chasing this via Amazon themselves. Wouldn’t order again from this company.

The watch arrived in excellent condition. I am always skeptical buying these things online without trying them especially as it was a gift for my wife. HOWEVER....the boxing could be a little better but ut was wrapped well, looks immaculate, and works a dream. Overall I am happy with what I recieved amd so is my wife which means I'm even happier....thanks guys

Watch which was a Xmas present was delivered quickly and in an excellent condition. Purchase was in November my partner got it a month later but after about a week of using it realised the speaker wasn’t working. I contacted them and it was quickly sorted out. I’m looking for a new watch and won’t hesitate in using this seller again, A+ service

The battery is rubbish runs out at 6 pm . This is not worth the money that I paid for itPlease don’t purchase this watch total waste of money
