Easy to make, makes me happy
Before taking any decision I would like to tell few of its pros n cons which i felt after including this aata in my diet.Pros.Its easy to make the roti with this aataThe taste is also good as u don't feel like ur eating any other kind of roti.ConsFirst is the price, the price is fine but the delivery charges make it high. I m buying other brands till now which had similar pricings bt no delivery charges2nd the quantity of rice is more in this aata as the roti hardens lit bit which makes it chewy.So I would like to suggest the buyer to keep these in mind and also to the seller please, take my suggestions and do some improvement. As I have already ordered my 2nd package.Thank you

Best glutenfree flour
After trying many different millets and mixtures of glutenfree flour, I found Fidalgo the best. The chapati are soft and delicious.

Horrible
Worst Worst product ever! The rotis become so dry after 1 minute! It is better to have rice roti or other options, and I have 2 packs remaining as we have to order minimum 3:( not recommended

The roti is not fluffy as wheat roti.

Good Healthy Buy.
The Atta as claimed by the manufacturer is Gluten Free. The chapati becomes soft with little addition of Milk powder to the flour , while making the Chapatis. Overall Value for Money. Going for Second Purchase. It takes time to develop taste for Chapati made from this flour.

Very good gluten free chapattis are prepared...although it is costly and chapattis are not uniform around the circumference but those are good enough to take for good gut system...I like the most...
