Good for house plants pest control
Love buying these for indoor aphid problems. Just remember to release most them when they’re adults or you’ll have a large army. Or open a window for them to crawl out the screen

Ruined lesson plans
Tube arrived open and all the larva were gone except one. I guess I will not be able to share this lesson with my students.

Arrived alive and hungry ready to go
Thank you, all alive, ready to go and hungry to eat the aphids infested on my house plants. They are doing a great job, thank you! I appreciate that you will sell to outside of the continental US. Many companies act like Hawaii and Alaska are another country instead of a part of the United States and connected by planes, trucks and boats just like the rest of the United States.

Ease of use / number of larvae
I'm sorry but this product was extremely disappointing to me. It was going to be my Avenue to get rid of aphids without chemicals. I did get the tube of larva which had apparently count inside. Sent in the tube that it was it is impossible to release these outside without completely losing track of them. I wish there were better suggestions of how to make sure they got to the tree you got them for in the first place. Additionally one was dead. I don't think I got any results from this. Frankly I think that should be a refund.

So very pleased
So, I ordered these babies because I had a pretty massive aphid infestation on my balcony garden, but the only full-grown ladybug options seemed extreme. I didn't think 300-1,000 buggies were necessary for my little 12x5 space and last season some of these dudes showed up naturally and did the job so well. I had a great time watching them work and grow and live, so I was SUPER excited for this order to arrive (ran downstairs like a kid on Christmas after getting the notification of delivery).100% of the little dudes showed up alive, and they made great work on the tasty bugs waiting for them. I've had a wonderful time obsessively checking on them to make sure they're okay (I know they're insects, but I still had to worry). Literally my only complaint is that they sometimes wander off to places where I can't immediately find them, but that's how bugs do! I'm so happy to have found this super reasonably priced, all natural method of pest control, and fully intend to purchase again for the same reason when I inevitably have the same problem next season.

They send it in an envelope-bad idea
Luckily my bugs came in alive, however they were all strewn about the envelope that the tube was in because the top popped off. Most seemed alive and immediately drank the water in the habitat I also bought. No food came with them for after being put in the habitat like the instructions indicated to use, though. Instructions say not to dump the bugs but we had no other choice being that the tube busted open in shipping. Fingers crossed because this is the second year I've gotten them for my niece's birthday and it has REALLY helped her not be afraid of all bugs all the time. Easy enough for a 6 year old to use. At 7 she was super excited. Ladybug everything is what she wants now lol

They're alive! 13 larvae!
It took 2 tries, my first shipment never arrived. My second order had 13 little buggies in it! I released them into my aphid nest of a honeysuckle shrub, they seemed to hurry out, most found a hiding spot right away for a nap.. then came out a bit later.I bought ladybugs in the past.. sometimes they stay, sometimes they don't, no matter how many aphids there are to eat... I have the most success when they stick around long enough to make eggs, because the larvae can't fly.. I thought maybe this year I'll just start with larvae? So far so good.

Disappointed
I have ordered lady bug larvae for years. Never had a problem with the majority turning into lady bugs but this set was different. Received my order on March 2nd. Placed the larvae in the correct habitat with the food and the appropriate dome and damp sponge. They started out fine and moving around. It is March 14th and the larvae are dead. They are inside a climate controlled classroom so I have no idea why they would die they had everything they needed. Ive never had this happen before and my students are so sad. We usually release them into our garden. :(
