This is a great purchase and fortunately for me I have never had a problem with any of them. It’s easily replaceable but so important. At first go, it’s best to take your time and have the valve on the slowest flow. Stop the flow and take a breath if you feel it’s too much. At times you may have to stop to go to the toilet before the bag is empty or the water will just leak out of you for those having issues. The benefits are it hydrates the body. If you feel ill, have a cold, headache etc doing this will help you immensely. It also helps the immune system operate properly as when we are carrying a load around in the colon we feel off sluggish tired, etc and our body is like the cogs turning slowly and not able to do its job as smoothly and efficiently. Doing these regularly will make a great difference. You can feel better, lighter, less sluggish, less headaches, stomach issues etc. Even doing these regularly when there are no issues you will see still how much more waste there is to extract and realise what you carry around each day and why you may be feeling as you do. Another thing to remember is that these are not widely recommended and in a world where junk is, then these methods are absolutely a good thing to do for ourselves. I absolutely recommend!

Product is easy to use and great value for money. Does the intended purpose of using.My only complaint are the hooks which sometimes slip off very easily, but apart from that a wonderful product that helps cleanse your system. Must have.

even when you are careful it will last for about 3-5 uses and then starts leaking. Still good value for money if you are not a heavy user,

Had to cut the tip off as it didn’t work. Other than that, it worked well. I will be choosing a different product going forward.

I bought this after having a couple of professional cleans and wanted to try my own periodically. It’s a simple piece of kit to use, just fill the bag with warm water…. Fir obvious reasons not to hot… or cold hang up on the bathroom radiator, insert the tube and release the valve, bag drains reasonably quickly which is good. Whilst still lying on the floor massage your tummy for a few minutes and then sit on the loo to await the result (won’t take long trust me!) result is a nice clean out at the fraction of the cost.
