This was a very nice kit to assemble. I had to use 1 drop off glue because I sanded something too much. You do need to be very careful when assembling and make sure you align everything like the pictures show.

Gears are sloppy. Used Graphite ( pencil) on gears plus wax. Sanded teeth still a jerky movement

I loved working in this puzzle. I recently had knee surgery and this kept me busy. I will be buying more:)

Exceptional design and beautiful product. Requires precision and patience to assemble. Gears need to be waxed for easier assembly. Stunning result.

The kinetic globe looks so incredibly cool as an idea. When assembled, something binds and the two globes cannot spin madly in opposite directions -- which is what makes the design so interesting.Uncertain why this particular puzzle went wrong. Did everything carefully as per the instructions -- sanding and waxing and testing that the pieces will move frictionlessly at each step of assembly. Yet somehow, after all pieces were added, the rotations were slow and short-lived. Disappointing.

Great project for bored. Does not require many tools but does require following directions.

After trial and error I finally got it together but the pieces fall off! Glue was the only way to keep all the pieces together so they would operate? Never did it work as pictured. Looks nice though!

Box had cover cut off and looks like it was used and returned once before. Very disappointed. Had to return, because this is not new and not able to be gifted.
