Worked great heated chocolate perfectly if you leave it too long it does start to burn but overall great!

Warming is slow, but that's as I expected. It came with a lot of accessories that are flimsy, but I didn't need them. The small size is great just for me so no complaints. I looked through the directions to see if the pot insert was dishwasher safe, but couldn't find any mention. Based on the materials, it seemed safe, so I ran it on the top rack. Not sure what happened to the metal part, but it's no longer silver in color....it's stark white. Not sure if some coating came off, but I think it's still usable. I'll see if it holds up, but might soon be looking for a replacement pot to use in the unit.

I bought this thinking it was going to make my process in making strawberries a little fast. The chocolate took Forever to warm up!! I read mixed reviews on it but still gave it a chanceDon't waste your time or money if you make a bunch of orders at the same time.

I opened the box and was quite disappointed in the size. My fault for not fully reading all the details, but I saw all the great reviews. I'm not sure how well it would work for most things to be dipped in chocolate due to its size. Admittedly, I did not even take everything out of the box so I do not know how well it works.
