Does NOT work!
I had 2 scratches from my dog right next to each other. I used this product on the s ratch on the right, but not the left. After it dried, I used Weiman leather conditioner on both. The scratch I used this product on is still there. And just as noticeable. I would NOT recommend

It works!!!
I got a brand new leather couch about a month ago. It’s the kind that scratches VERY easily unfortunately. I knew nothing about leather couches prior to the purchase. Our one year old cat has done a number to the corner already. I was pretty sad but decided it’s got to be a lived in/on couch with pets and kids. Then did some research and saw this stuff and decided to try it! Wow, amazing. It doesn’t help with actual dug in cuts but surface scratches, GONE! Which is basically what my cat created. I do wish the bottle was BIGGER.

Only Okay. Try a leather conditioner instead or with this
It improved the leather a bit. But as the photos show, it was the leather conditioner (Leather Honey) that I put on after that did what I needed. I have uploaded 6 photos. If they appear in order, the first 2 are before. The next 2 are after application of this product. And the final 2 are after I applied Leather Honey conditioner.

Works but you have to work it in
The product definitely helps to minimize even deep scratches, but you do need to use a generous amount and massage applying pressure. The applicator could be better; it only puts a small on at a time And doesn’t have a wide reach into the bottle’s contents. The price is a bit much for such a small amount, but it’s worth it to get rid of the purposefully made scratches that created a huge eyesore in the middle of my brand new couch. Note, the scratches didn’t completely disappear, but we’re greatly minimized and blended in.

Helped maybe 10%?
We had minor scratches on our dark brown leather sofa from our dog. The product applied easy enough and it looked like it worked for about 5 minutes. Then it dried and the scratches just re-appeared. Like the headlight said...helped maybe 10%-ish ??

WOW!! This stuff really works!
I had taken my 50-year old leather attaché case to a shoe repair shop in order to try to remove all the scratches that it had sustained over the past five decades. The gentlemen at the shop told me that there was nothing that could be done to my attaché case. So, I just left it alone until I was watching the BBC-produced "The Repair Shop" on television from the UK.There was an expert leather restorer on the show who used something that she said revitalized the leather heirloom on which she was working. So, I went online and found this Mohawk leather scratch remover. It seemed kind of pricey, but what the heck! Let me tell you, I put this scratch remover emollient on my attaché case and IT REMOVED THE SCRATCHES!!! I couldn't believe it. My case looks SO much better. Yes, it is worn, but it is aesthetically beautiful.Eureka!!

Did not see an improvement
I had scratches from fingernails in a leather chair. This product did make a marked difference.
