Gravy Master's an ingredient that's off the beaten path. It is what we need to make gravies and brown sauces richer, darker. I don't use it for any flavoring. Today, beef "stock" and "broth" is only a little better than water, and this is necessary for a home cook to achieve some of the results found in restaurants.

A bottle of gold! Adds a rich beefy taste and a nice rich brown color to stews, meat sauces, or whatever you need! I don't advise adding it to chicken dishes unless you want your chicken to taste oddly like beef. That's too weird!
