I don’t typically write reviews but this product has surprised me with how effective it is, that I just had to share how much I love it! I was on the market for something that would reduce the appearance of my jowls and nasolabial lines and after using this device every day for the past month, I am very impressed with the results. I’ve done the exercises both morning and night and I’ve already noticed a reduction in my jowls! The wrinkles around my mouth have become less noticeable and even though I’m not expecting a face lift, I can attest that I feel so much more confident and beautiful because this actually works! I think I owe it to the resistance band that is built into the BLA because after one minute of usage, I can feel my facial muscles activate. Oh and did I mention that the product comes with a free zoom training?! All the staff were so kind and patient and gave me great tips on how to use my BLAfit. I’ve already told all my friends to order one because it’s just that good!

It gives my lips more structure. It's not something anyone would notice but me. I really notice a difference when I put on my lipliner and lipstick. The borders of my lips have more structure to them. I am older and my lips have always been on the thinner side. But yes, this works. It is just a piece of plastic, but it works if you use it twice a day...It only takes me 4 to 5 minutes each time and it feels good, because you are exercising your facial muscles and getting the blood circulating. It has also helped with some deeper vertical lines around my lips.

I liked that it didn't use your teeth for the exercise but i felt no resistance what so ever. Really wanted it to work =(

A little piece of plastic for 85$ ?? Very disappointing- I still wanted to like it, but you have to hold it while using it constantly with one hand. If you want to use it, without holding on to, it flips out of your mouth. Ouch 😣I’d rather look for something more reasonable priced and more easy to handle, so I could work at the computer while using it -I threw it in the garbage. Useless for me.

I found BLAfit through Instagram. I’m very new to face yoga and had no idea it was even possible to exercise your facial muscles. But what really made me order this product was its ability to relieve headaches.I didn’t have much expectations for this product, but because I’m prone to frequent headaches, I figured it was worth a shot to try. As soon as I received my product, I scheduled my 5 minute consultation with Dr. Maryam. I explained to her my concerns and I’m so grateful I connected with her. She’s incredibly smart, patient and caring. She explained to me how to properly use the BLA to target my main problems.Now, I use my BLA in the morning and at night. It’s amazing how much such a tiny tool has helped relax me. I’ve noticed I don’t get many headaches anymore and if I do I immediately do my BLA exercises. Using the BLA during my headache has provided me with instant relief. I’m glad I don’t have to resort to using so many pills to take the pain away. This is a much healthier alternative and I’m forever grateful I trusted my gut and ordered this product. I literally don’t leave my house without my BLA.The product also came with sacha inchi oil capsules. The oil isn’t sticky but feels really nice on my lips. I usually put it on at night to avoid waking up with dry lips.I’m excited to continue using this product and see the other benefits it provides.Overall, I definitely recommend this product. It’s great to relax and reduce headaches. And I’m more than happy to support a small business that truly cares about her customers. I will be buying another one for my boyfriend. I could see some improvement with respect to smile. I like the kit. It includes gel, applicator and the box. I follow and exercise as per instructions. I have a balance smile now. I could see little improvement in my upper lip. This applicator is very helpful. Need to follow and be consistent on the exercise otherwise you won’t see much effect. I like the gel. It’s very smooth and soothing. It’s gives a glossy shine.

What a disappointing purchase this tool was for me. And I had such high hopes about it too. I can't use the other tools for the jowl area because of an annoying gag reflex I have, so this tool looked very promising for me. You get an increase in lip size and the added benefit of jowls tightening. It was hyped up by the creator in her YT videos. Plus she's a doctor, so why not believe her, right? Well, wrong. It doesn't work the way it's intended. I've used it consistently for 2 months. I found that it doesn't work on the lips and it doesn't help the jowls. The only thing this tool gave me was an indent in my cheeks where an indent doesn't belong, making me look gaunt or hollow. I wish I could return it and get my $ back.

It took me forever to get in the practice of using this device... But now that I am in that practice, this is my favorite thing on the planet. It is so relaxing to use... I keep it in my shower sometimes. I'll take it to the bedside if I forget to use it. I use it every night. It relaxes my muscles in my face. It keeps me from chewing on the inside of my jaw and the inside of my mouth while I'm asleep. I sleep so much better if I just use this device. As far as the aesthetics of my face, yes, my face looks better and my skinny 61-year-old lips are fuller... And I am definitely that thin-lipped person and my top lip was disappearing more and more. I know it's a lot of money but it's totally worth it.I never bothered to have my one-on-one with the doctor herself. There's videos online that show you how to use it. I'm probably going to buy another one just to make sure I have one at my bedside in case I forget to use it while I'm getting a shower or bath at night.
