Love this movie

Shipped fast and in great condition

Adam Sandler still does the same act he did when I was a teenager. Kevin James was good in Mall Cop and King of Queens but otherwise not a fan of his. As much as I think these guys are past their prime, this movie was actually good but barely. There were moments I wished the movie would just end already. One of the characters who falls in love with Lady Lisa, was the worst character. He made Sandler and James look better in comparison. Also the love interest for Sandler seems to be part of his contract or something, leading to some really dumb comedy.For the most part they are very respectful of video game history. They handled it as if they knew that the heck they were talking about. Though I don't remember cheat codes for Donkey Kong. The funniest moment in the movie came from Kevin James. In the scene he is President of the United States which in real life is as believable as Santa Clause really existing. He's talking to the British Prime Minister, and she made comment about something her husband said, his reply had me almost falling to the ground in laughter. It was both rude and clever, and I think that one joke is what allowed me to let myself enjoy the film.If you like retro games, like early 80s retro, and especially if you like Adam Sandler, this is the movie for you. If you like retro games, but hate child humor, you might want to skip this one or watch one of the many reviews on YouTube and make your mind up then.

Great Adam Sandler movie that I didn't know existed until I saw it on Netflix. Peter Dinklage was a bonus.

Fun movie, but not quite the same quality of Pixar
