Unfortunately one of the frames in the set of 2 arrived with the glass smashed. Contacted seller as per the instruction and a replacement set arrived promptly. In addition I did not have to send the original package back so ended up with 3 frames! Bonus😃. The frames themselves are well made and come with 2 different mounts. Would definitely purchase again from this seller.

Nice frames, perfect for the 2 A3 prints I have just bought. They look very nice and i am glad they were quite well packaged inside the outer cardboard box they came in, as this was ripped and had been ripped open at one end with only tape to close the opening. But the frames are spot on and were a good price for a set of 2.

Well made and arrived in perfect condition.

Good value for money on these frames, it's proper glass. The paint/coating looks like it's some kind of foil that is glued onto the wood, and it has slight overhangs on the edges. Not too bad, and if you're not super close you won't notice.The only thing that's annoying is that the kick-stand on the back needs to be broken off the hinge if you want to hang them onto a wall, as it's protruding so far out that the frames hang extremly crooked if you leave it on.

Well worth the money

I ordered some artwork for my son's nursery and one print was 13x19 which now I know is not the most common size for picture frames. Plus I needed two frames in size 11x14 that matched, so it took me a while to find some that fit all my needs. I didn't want to spend too much money on the frames and I was a bit worried these would look cheap. They actually look really nice and are sturdy. His room is forest/woodland theme, and these frames go so nicely with everything else. I love the rustic wood look. The 11x14 set even comes with a nice mat to make a collage within the frame. I didn't need the mats, but I kept them in the frame behind the artwork in case I need them later.One of the 13x19 frames came damaged, which was disappointing. There was a card in the package from the manufacturer stating they would send replacements for any damaged products. I emailed them a photo of the damage with my order number and asked if I could get one replacement, and they responded immediately. I received a new set even though I only needed one, and it arrived in only 2 days!I would have given this product less stars due to the damage, but the way the company handled the situation really impressed me. I would not be worried to order from them again since I know they take care of their customers when anything goes wrong.

We ordered this same product a few months ago, and then ordered more frames to add to the existing ones. The mats inside are completely different colours. The original was more of a cream colour as shown in the photo, but the new one is a very stark white, like printer paper. They do not match and cannot be placed near each other due to the contrast.

Very impressed with the frames and will order more.

These frames are very nice, and I'm happy to give them as gifts. They arrived very well-packaged and were not damaged at all. The seller took extra care to protect the corners. Great value.
