My favorite yeast!
This is wonderful yeast. Don't be concerned that it's made in Turkey and not Germany... it's the same stuff! I gave it four stars because the expiration date is four months from now... and I can't possibly use it all by then. I was hoping for a five-month window. Otherwise, excellent product, excellent seller.

Very bad condition, spoiled, no fresh, doesn't work.Usually this yeast brand is very good. But exactly from this supplier they are spoiled! Not fresh! I just had to throw away whole dough ((((
