No dosent do much just irritates my face when im sleeping

Can woman use this cream?

There’s no reason why you can’t. I’m a woman and I’m using it but as the reason for my dark under eyes may be due to my allergies, I haven’t seen that much effect. I ordered it because I work nights, I was thinking it may be the reason for the dark under eyes and thought it might help. During the lockdown I tried using it to see if my dark circles would disappear, unfortunately they didn’t. But as I mentioned the dark circles may be because of my allergies.
