Legend of Zelda - Legendary Edition Box Set (The Legend of Zelda - Legendary Edition)

The one I received does not have the sound like the previous versions but the books are very nice hardbacks, the chest is also nice it came in great condition, although it seems expensive i feel it was worth the money and i am happy with my purchase.

Was incredibly excited to get these manga with the box that played music from the games and from the reviews it looked like it had it but that was incredibly misleading as when I opened it to replace the batteries as many reviews recommend there was nothing there.The manga itself is amazing and the box has a good design just incredibly disappointing to not have the music with it

I've got the single paperback versions of these manga books, love the artwork and stories put into them. Box design is nice. I plan to keep this boxset sealed and collectible. 10/10 Thank you 👍

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely fantastic! I had to replace the batteries as they were dead, but thankfully we always have button batteries in as my kids have lots of noisy books! They take AG10 or LR1130 batteries.

The first one I got replaced as it looks great but the sound it's meant to make is dead or really struggling because of dead/ low batteries, the replacement also had the same issue. This isn't even my first trying to get one of these with the sound working, its my 4th try and all have low to dead batteries.There are 3x LR1130 (unfortunately not LR44) batteries which I had to buy extra for £5-6 a pack (of 10). An annoying extra cost, and then taking time to replace them all without destroying the housing they're in which is pretty fragile if you aren't careful.It'll work though, and looks great but tbh I'm not happy that they all seem to be dead in the sound area and having to spend an extra £5-6 to then manually sort myself is a bit of a pain, where I can't easily say on amazon I'd like to partially ask for refund a lil bit for batteries as tbh we shouldn't have to do this, it should be working and I can safely say they're all not working (ebay stocker took all out of sales as he found they all had this issue).So looks great, I'd say buy it if you are after this, but be ready for some manual tinker work to be done if you want the product you bought to work properly.

This bundle is magical, the quality of the book is excellent, illustrations are amazing and the presentation couldn't be better - I love the fact that it is a chest -

For some reason the first box I ordered didn’t have the sound effect mechanism. There wasn’t any batteries to replace as there wasn’t any batteries to begin with.I sent the back and got a replacement, this DID have the mechanism but the batteries needed changing.Finally I have a complete working box.To everyone that didn’t get the mechanism, you should file for some money back or a replacement. It should be there.

I am really disappointed with this. I can't believe that apart from the first half a dozen pages in each volume, that these are in black white. Were the original manga they're taken from in black & white? Also, as others have said, the chime doesn't work and I would change the battery, but as I'm sending this back I won't bother.
