Poor quality and equally bad service
For the price, one would expect the sound to be seller. Instead, the loudest noise it makes is the plunger hitting each tone bar. The sound is dull and fades instantly. Tried tech support four times. The person always are very courteous but each time unable to connect me with someone who may help. I even left my number to call back. After one day,canother call was made with the same result. I will still be waiting for the call when you read this review. Even the instructions are both not for this doorbell nor are they complete for whatever doorbell they are intended to support.This is undoubtedly being returned.

Nothing like what I ordered
The one I received was silver in color. No bronze or antique coloring at all. Oh it was also broken.

The product is not as pictured. It’s silver no brown tones.
The picture is misleading. It has more silver and less brown tones. It is beautiful but I made my purchase on the picture. Now I hope it will blend in with my decor. Too pretty to return.

A welcome addition to the home
We are very happy with the doorbell; it fits well in our 1920's Italian Villa style home. Though made of resin, it does not have a cheap look. Not terribly easy to install, even for an electrician, but doable. The bell is pleasant if a little quiet. We had a problem with our first order, and the company graciously sent us a new one as a replacement. Recommended.

two notes of Westminster Chime do not sound
This is the second doorbell made by same manufacturer, but sold by two different companies that has not worked. The electrician is going to try a larger transformer, but he does not anticipate it will improve the tone or striking.It is extremely disappointing as well as expensive~. after three home calls by an electrician: a product costing over $200 not only does work but produces the most tinny excuse for Westminster Chimes imaginable ...

Horrible Customer Service and instructions!
My contractor could not figure out how to hook this doorbell up. By the time we realized this, it was too late for a return. We have since had two different electricians try to install it and my husband has tried numerous times. All web sites are not protected sites and the phone help is very limited. I gave this a one star only because I like the looks of it.
