I am very impressed with this product. I have dealt with dry eye symptoms for several years now and did not really expect an eye supplement to help, but I have to say that taking this supplement daily has done absolute wonders to help my eyes. If I skip taking this supplement for a few days, the irritation slowly but surely starts to return so I will be sticking with these. You get a good quantity for the price and I love that the supplement contains a higher dosage of the ingredients that I look for (lutein, zinc, and zeaxanthin among others) compared to other eye supplements I have tried. The only downside is that the pills are pretty huge, so if you aren't good at taking pills these might be tough to get down.

This is my third bottle of taking Ocuvite eye supplement. My mom recommended me to take this and she is also taking the 50+ ocuvite for eyes. If you are someone who looks at the screen on daily basis i recommend you start taking it.
