Love my new tap! Great quality and so easy to use!

The package arrived broken and it looked like I had been sent a previously returned product as the packaging was a mess inside and there was tape on the exterior over the paper seals Grohe put on their boxes. The product looked good quality but it had broken where the head retracts inside the neck of the tap and I could see it was just ABS plastic in a chrome shroud. As this is the point that will receive the stress of not only pulling in and out but also using the smart control on/off and flow adjustment I could see it breaking on a replacement. We have a grohe smart control shower and think it is great and this product looks great quality apart from that one weak point. I now have to cancel the replacement and go through the hassle of changing my replacement to a return only.

Received promptly but I had a few issue because one of the rubber washers was damaged and did not seal properly. The rubber seal is a size that is not easily found in the UK. Called Grohe but they were not much help. Promised to call but they didn't. Finally the plumber "adjusted" a similar rubber washer and managed to resolve the problem. Other than that the tap looks very good, works OK (only 1 week of experience). Only complaint: not much difference between the min/max water flow.

Nice looking tap but parts missing everytime and 1 even arrived broken. Every parcel has arrived with sticky tape on so obviously its been a return or couriers are opening them!Gave up went elsewhere.

Not sure why someone don't read the instruction, when it is written there how to adjust the flow!Superb tap, strong and sturdy, simple 5 mins job to adjust minimum flow.contemporary design, easy to clean.Two problems I have:...1) it does not have a shower, so only 4 stars, I should have spent a bit more! Now having a hard time looking for a shower attachment that looks as sleek as the tap.2) i fitted it under a 600mm wide sink unit, there are just too many hoses that there is no space to install the retraction weight. I wish they can supply the old style spring retraction.

No fixing kits came in the box, we only came to fit the tap the after 30 days return period had expired. grohe will not supply fixing kits seperately. Do not buy.

I love the the tap, the design and how it is used. As many said, the only disadvantage is the water flow in the lowest setting. I wish we could control it more.I would like to return the product only for this reason but not sure if I can do that.

I have been using it for a year now and found the water is dripping from the turning switch. I collected 2L of water overnight (7-8 hours).

Alles so wie beschrieben, ein hochwertiges Produkt. Und sofern man die Anleitung liest, sieht man auch wie die Intensität des Wasserstrahles zu regulieren ist, sollte die Standardeinstellungen nicht ausreichend sein.

Me ha gustado mucho, es muy comodo el sistema de abrir cerrar el agua, cambiaria que el extensible del grifo fuera unos cm mas largo pero esta muy bien, una vez que aprendes la mecanica

Appena montato..¹aggiorno la recensione. acquistato ad un prezzo eccezionale rispetto ad altri canali online.Montaggio eseguito con successo in poco tempo....istruzioni chiare da comprendere.Prodotto solido e pesante di ottima fattura. Flessibili di collegamento alquanto lunghi. Una volta montato si nota che la pressione dell'acqua erogata dal miscelatore è più blanda rispetto al normale, non so se per motivi ecologici (risparmio idrico) o per via della forma stessa del miscelatore che favorisce schizzi d'acqua al di fuori del lavello se incontra ostacoli. La rotellina per attivare e stoppare il flusso dell'acqua funge anche da regolatore della pressione della stessa; comunque tra il minimo e massimo non si nota una grande differenza di portata dell'acqua.Non si riesce a capire dalle istruzioni di montaggio se è possibile sostituire la cartuccia in caso di rottura.In conclusione il prodotto conferma le note caratteristiche blasonate del marchio. Si spera nella durata del prodotto sopra la media.
