What drew me to this product was the fact that they don’t have any nasty fillers and only use rice flour in a vegetable capsule. The capsule itself is small and easy to swallow, but only contains 99mg of Potassium Citrate, so you may need to take quite a bit of them depending on your individual needs. I personally wish there was more Potassium per serving, but I guess this minimizes the chances for an individual to overdo it. When I run out and the need arises to get more, I would probably order this again.
