This is a wonderful vitamin C supplement. I purchased the liposomal vitamin C because I have read that it is better for absorption, so I gave it a try! My family has unfortunately had Covid hit us this week, and I have been using this supplement to help fight off any sickness. So far, I'm the only one who hasn't gotten it, in a family of 7! I was having severe allergy attacks to the point I was beginning to wheeze when I breath and I was kinda scared because I would have been returning back to work.
