This is a good quality pad. Because it is breathable, it is comfortable even though it is directly under the sheet. After the first two nights, I feel better when I awake, and I can tell the difference in the depth of my sleeping ..... it feels more restful. Inflammation is reduced, I am certain, because I feel less stiff. I am 72, and this was a good investment! Shipping was very fast, good seller.

I'm a side sleeper all my adult life. Because of back & hip issues. Now I wake up on my back or stomach just taking over the whole bed. My body hasn't been this relaxed since my teenage years. I'm 55 and I use to wake up with lower back pain & hip pain & getting out of bed was hard. I would be hunched over & have hip pain for a few hours after waking up. Now I get up with zero stiffness & I walk completely upright. I wish I tried this grounding mat sooner in my life. I been using it since 03/12/2024 (I put it under my fitted sheet) 👍👍👍👍👍

Huge improvement in my sleep quality. I have recommended this to other people and they have loved it also. Slightly stiff when you first lay on it. I do have my sheet over it.

It sounded like this thing would work with removing charge from everything we do everyday. After 3 weeks of use it has nothing that made any difference. It’s not very comfortable but I was hopefully it at least work with something. Not going to continue using it.

I’d been experiencing insomnia for about a year waking up in a start with my heart pounding and going into panic attacks almost every night to the point where I would dread going to sleep because I hated waking up feeling like I was dying and getting no rest. I tried a grounding mat while visiting family and didn’t experience the usual pounding heart and was able to sleep soundly so I immediately bought this one. The straps keep it in place better than the one I tried and the cord stays in place a lot better. It’s like it gives my nervous energy a place to escape. I even had a few nights where I had trouble sleeping and found the cord had come unplugged at some point so I reattached it and could sleep again. I will never be without one. It’s made such a huge difference for me. This one is a good one. Highly recommend.

Was expecting some benefits but found only one. That it feels good on my skin. I seem to like to sleep on pleather surfaces and this allows me to have on in my bed. Sadly, it doesn't stay in place and wrinkles under my skin, so it gets annoying. Not like when I sleep on my pleather couch.Anyway, all the benefits they tout I just don't see it. No difference between having it on or not.

It's made a big difference in the quality of the sleep I get. I was skeptical at first, but I notice when I travel in hotels, sleeping on bed that don't have this pad, I don't sleep near as well. I've even taken it with me at times when I'm on extended stay trips, and it was totally worth it.

Amazing. We have been sleeping better. Honestly this is amazing, we put ours beneath our fitted sheet

The image shows the cable that attaches to the mat going into the power-point. The male part (end of the cable) is round and the power-point female part is flat. I can’t see any attachment, instructions or any way to ask questions. If someone can resolve this issue I will happily remove this review.

Llevo casi 1 mes de uso y no he notado absolutamente nada. Compré esto porque pasé un fin de semana en playa, albercas y jardin siempre haciendo tierra y fue increíble la diferencia de energía y entonces leí que esto era aun mejor pero no sé que opinar. Hace sentido porque yo paso al menos 8hr en computadora y eso mas un mat para cama me hacen estar aterrizado (compré el probador y hay continuidad a tierra) más de 15hr por día lo cual es bastante bueno pero al menos yo no he notado lo que sentí en naturaleza, jejeje posiblemente soy un bobo por el comentario pero pues a menos que tengas alguna condicion particular tal vz no es algo que marque un antes y después

After watching the ‘Earthing’ documentary I was convinced this thing would help me with my inflammation issues, months later, hasn’t made a single difference at all. Save your Money for pain medication!!!
