The media could not be loaded.  It doesn't work! I had bought an identical looking product from amazon.in for about 600. That didn't work. Returned that and bough this at 1499, and the only improvement is that the audio is working and clear, but video is black/white and flickers.The honestech software that came on the cd is broken - it doesn't show video even from the built-in camera (showed for some time and then disappeared).Update: got a replacement. Doesn't work. This time, no video at all - neither on honestech software, nor on camtasia. See attached video.

It is a hopeless product. Difficult to operate. I wasted my time and money.

Within 4 months, this tv tuner card failed. Laptop shows error power surge in USB drive.

The instrument never worked. A micro DVD was provided. However, it was an empty DVD. The instrument didn't work, may be because no Driver software was provided.

I was a bit unsure because of the price, but I noticed every other choices around the same range, so let's try it, nothing to lose. I'm surprised at how easy and straightforward this device is. Just plug and transfer. I used OBS software and it was a little bit convoluted, so I just used the shipped little CD and, works like a charm. I didn't experienced the bad quality that others seems to have. Quality is as good as the worn down VHS tapes are. Worth every penny.

I have never had much success with RCA capture devices in the past, so imagine my surprise when this one actually worked.The unit itself is plug-and-play. Even with Windows 10, it had no problem locating and installing drivers on its own once plugged in. The challenge, however, came with capture.The program that's included, for me at least, worked intermittently: I do not believe it's all that compatible with Windows 10; can't comment on versions below though. Video worked one time for about a minute then never again. Afterward only audio worked. Uninstalled, reinstalled; nothing. At first I thought it was the device, thinking it was defective, or the wires I had connected to my VCR. Switched it with an old PlayStation and got the same result. Tried a different computer too. Turns out it was the program all along.I ended up having to get a copy of Bandicam to generate a capture and actually record video. For the price, I don't know that you can get better than this product. The video generated was fluid with no tearing, skipping or corruption; audio similarly remained synced throughout with no noise or artifacts. I did have one issue with snow randomly appearing at times, but that ended up being the VCR, not the device like I first thought.Overall, very satisfied. It took some trial-and-error and frustration but I can confirm this product works as advertised. For me it was the bundled program that didn't work.

Este producto por su precio no esperaba obtener tan buenos resultados, pero la verdad es que esta muy buena la tarjeta capturadora, la he probado con varios programas de captura y los resultados simplemente son muy bueno, incluso el audio directo de la capturadora es muy bueno (considerando el origen claro). Recomendable al 100.
