Great product! Our dogs coats are so much softer when we supplement their daily meals with this product. I made the mistake of running out of it and did not reorder promptly. With in the week, you could feel the difference in our dogs coats.

Bought these for my Doberman as she has dry skin. They did seem to help but don’t think they were quite strong enough or maybe I didn’t give her enough as she does weigh over 100lb. She loved the taste of them also.

As my "darling" dog refuses fish oil on his food, I found that these treats are ideal for Mr. Fussy. He looks forward to one every morning. His coat is shiny. It's a great thing to add to his diet.

UPDATE: I subscribed to this product for years, but the last few shipments came with NO pump like before. At first I assumed it was just a packing error, but now I realize they intentionally and short-sightedly discontinued the pump bottles. I have reused an old pump for a year now and it's no longer usable due to stickiness and grime. Without a pump for easy dosing and avoiding a ridiculous mess, this great product is virtually unusable. I have cancelled my subscription and switched to Deley Naturals. I highly suggest that Pet Honesty management rethink their decision to remove pumps (presumably to save nominal costs), because it is undoubtedly losing customers and probably preventing new ones.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I initially bought this oil as a heart support supplement for my Cavalier recently diagnosed with MVD. I can confirm it has no strong fishy odor (there is a very subtle fish smell, but it’s not bad at all). It’s super easy to swirl in with his food, and the pump is super convenient for fast application and dosing. The unexpected benefit of this product is it seems to have fixed my dogs’s chronic GI issues. I’ve tried every probiotic and digestive supplement on the market, as well as pumpkin purée, and nothing ever helped firm up his poops. They were chronically soft. After starting on this omegas oil, his poops are 80% better. I can only attribute that improvement to this product. And my dog not only still eats his food, he seems to like it even more with the moisture and flavor that this oil adds to it. I’m thrilled with it!

Our vet recommended fish oil for our Aussies years ago and we have been using Dechra Eicosa3FF SnipCaps for about seven years. They work great, but they are awkward. Our hands smell like fish oil, the oil inevitably gets everywhere and caps need to be thrown away. It was not my favorite part of breakfast for our girls.I decided we needed a new fish oil.When I searched Amazon I quickly realized there are a lot of fish oils to pick from. I knew I needed at least 515 mg EPA and 338 mg EPA. Most fish oils don't even come close.PetHonesty, however, goes over.We did have a little problem opening the pump, but my husband pointed out that if I had waited and opened the pump before putting it in the bottle it would have popped up without a problem. Just a tip - open the pump first, then put it in the bottle.I was a little skeptical about the promise of no smell, but it really does not have a smell. My hands have been fish oil free for over a week.Our aussies absolutely love this stuff too. They each get two squirts in their breakfast, but I have also just given them the oil directly on a treat and they gobbled it up.As our girls have always had fish oil we have not noticed any difference in their coats. For those wondering, fish oil does make a huge difference in coat health for dogs. It helps skin, fur and nails. For our girls it helps with shedding and for our younger aussie/newfie it helps with her dry skin.
