Terrible Product and atrocious service
It was installed in August and in November beggining it started malfunctioning. I had to ferret out the service center number from Amazon. Why the brands dont mention the service center details on the website or invoice itself or warranty slip that amazon provides. Anyways I called the service center and I was promised that a mechanic will call me. It is now over 10 days and I am still waiting. Decided to keep this aside and installed Vguard

Excellent pump controller
The media could not be loaded. It's a very good controller for auto controlling water pump if you want to increase water pressure in home. It works well with any water pump, switches on the pump when any tap is open and switches off automatically when tap is closed. Easy to install and a great value for money. After installation please ensure there are no leakage in home pipes or taps , else it will switch on and off the motor continuously. Using it for 2 days now and it's working fine. Thanks CRI. Just hoping it works fine during its warranty period.

The controller not working
The CRI automatic pump control is not working properly, on contacting the CRI customer care , I was told that they will not provide service for this product as this has been purchased on Amazon platform, and that they Amazon would arrange the replacement or resolution, it was just installed three days back, pls help, I’ve been trying to contact the customer care of Amazon but there seems no support team or number available

Solid build works perfectly
At first I was apprehensive to write a review. Infact Writing this review two months post installation and ensuring product works perfectly. And it does a fine job. It also avoids repeated on offs once tap is turned on even a little. This avoids spikes n pump damage. I was very unhappy with my prior purchase. Anyone buying this please do so.
