Had a toilet seat that constantly moved no matter what because it was not what came with the toilet and didn't fit right. Every time you sit on it to the left it would go, to where it broke the stopper on the bottom. New stoppers and these and that seat isn't going anywhere. These things really work. Just a drill and they went right on. Wrap the rubberband around the toilet seat and onto the bumper and it holds it to drill. But i also closed the seat and made sure they were aligned before the final drilling

We put these on one of our toilet seats to see if they worked and - voila! - we ordered them for the rest. 5 Minutes to install and never mess with a shifting toilet seat again.

These were bought and deployed for use with a very large person with a debilitating disease that rendered transfers from wheelchair to toilet seat be done by horizontal sliding. Prior to installation, the seats were constantly breaking at the hinges. I was skeptical that these brackets would withstand the lateral pressure without breaking. They have been deployed for several months now, and there hasn't been the slightest bit of movement of the seat while in use, or indications of cracking afterward. You'll need to be sure the toilet seat has a flat bottom surface, i.e., not contoured, to ensure compatibility. But with a compatible seat, these things really work!

It works but was not easy had to keep drilling holes and moving to find the right spot, but probably due to the toilet seat having small bolts.

Easy to install...took 5 minutes. Make sure bracket is tight to bowl edge. Seems to work great!

My toilet seat kept slipping and rocking and banging on the bowl itself, making me feel like I was about to fall off the seat! I kept complaining (apartment living) and they kept on tightening bolts, replacing seats, etc - nothing worked. They clearly weren't about to do anything to solve the problem, so I did. I was thrilled to find these bumpers/stabilizers and today they were installed. It is PERFECTION after a year or more of complaining!Such a simple solution - I can't believe all the stuff on youtube and google, etc, doesn't know about these!?! I had to stumble upon the solution after hours of research. The company needs to get the word out how great they are!

Actually, these did not work for our toilet seat covers. Between the oblong toilet and the seat thickness, they just didn't work. We didn't send them back because we felt it wasn't worth the time. I'm sure they would work for a regular toilet with a thicker seat. We ended up using plumber's tape to keep the seats from constantly loosening.

We were replacing toilet seats every year or so, because they would break near the hinges from people moving around on the seat. I don't remember how I stumbled on these a few years ago, but they've been a godsend. What a simple, great invention! No more loose, distracting seating. No more broken hinges. As such, I think it's safe and accurate to say these not only benefit your pocketbook, but also your health. When we are sitting on the toilet, we need to be able to concentrate on the task at hand and not be distracted by loose toilet seats.For what they are, these are pretty expensive at five dollars a set. But for the idea itself, and how easy it is to install, and how well it does the job, the dollar trade-off is worth it. Also, taking into consideration the money saved by not having to replace broken toilet seats or hinges anymore, one comes to the realization that there are some things in life you just can't put a dollar value on.2025 01 16UPDATE: 10 years after buying and installing this product, I can report that we never had to change the seat or the hinges until just now. And, the only reason we even have to change the seat now, is because the paint has worn off parts of the seat, exposing the wood and giving it a fairly undesirable look. Nothing is broken. The hinges are like new. I have removed the bumpers and will be re-installing them on the new toilet seat.We are VERY happy with these simple but very clever little devices!
