Stick well in the shoe
While these adhere nicely to the bottom of the shoe and do not move around, I don't care for the round/divot on the heel area. They do support my foot on the outside of the heel which positions my foot in the right position. Id much rather have a smooth insert. However, they do provide relief to the bottom of my foot.

Seems to work as advertised.
Using this to keep foot from rolling. Seems to be working but have only been using less than a week.

Adds soft support to heels...
I have a few pairs of shoes that feel like walking barefoot on concrete; they are too firm/hard. This insert adds a bit of softness and give so my heels don't hurt so much. Not every shoe can accommodate the lift that you'll get from these. I find that I can only use them in my full-coverage shoes, such as sneakers or loafers. Because I tend to over-pronate (ankle going inward) on one of my feet, I place this insert so the bulk of support is on the inside. It helps.

Great product...except the tape to hold them in place!
I have had these on for less than 4 hours. The tape has already dissipated and the insoles are slides around in my shoe. I had to tape them in place with Alien tape. :(. Other than that, they feel great.

Uncomfortable
Hurts my foot and make my shoes feel like they are 2 size to small.

well didn't work for me
easy to place in shoe and unstuck if need be. stayed in place while wearing. you put it one way for over pronation and the other for the other problem. I thought i would try it since i have no cartilage in my knees (both are on the inside making me bowlegged) thought it might help. It didn't do a bad job, but probably not really for missing cartilage :) I am guessing for normal folks this would work very well
