I am very happy with this product. It has helped my shoulders a lot, I’ve been on it for about three weeks. For the first two weeks I took two, twice a day. Now I am taking one twice a day for maintenance.

It works better than other supplements that I used before.

I started using this product for the joint pain I was experiencing. I was in a violent dirt bike crash and after my orthopedic surgeon told me I need to rebuild my joint, ligament, tendon strength. He recommended increasing resistance activity especially heavy resistance and my rehab trainer told me box jumps were a great way to start the process. Only bad thing was my joints would ache even more as they were attempting to heal. I take the twice the recommended dose and feel almost back to 100% after only 4 months.

Hard to honesty judge some of these supplements when so many different things come into play. So far, I find this particular product to be just okay. I was actually expecting this to be better than some of the others that I've tried but I can't say that it is. So far, it seems average; or you could say it's comparable to most others with similar amounts of turmeric. Not picking up anything one way or the other from the other ingredients. I'm actually a little leery of the willow bark extract because that's aspirin and aspirin, even in weak doses, always tends to tear up my stomach. Not happening so far but I have been carefully monitoring that.It helps but no more than others. The price is too high, so, at this point, I have to reason to spend more for something that is only on the same par as a few other brands. The contents do seem to be nice and clean with appropriate doses.

I have had knee and joint issues since I was 17 and have taken hundreds of different brands of supplements, glucosamine, chondroitin, etc.. These are definitely doing the job! I was worried as I was running out of my supplements that I normally take and to my surprise when I switched from them to this, there was no adjustment period. They picked up exactly where my others stopped and help to keep me out of pain and allow more flexibility in my knees. They also have no aftertaste!

Well, this is one of those supplements that it is very hard to quantify results.I've taken them for three weeks, but have not noticed any difference in either joint pain reduction or ease of mobility.They don't have harmful ingredients, but they don't seem to be making a difference either. I would not buy them again.
