Carlson Chewable Calcium Citrate 250 mg, Vanilla, 120 Tablets

Calcium citrate is the best absorbed form of calcium and this brand has a good strength as well. I like the slight vanilla taste and the fact that it is not too sweet. Easy to chew for those of us who can't deal with giant calcium pills.

I would give it 5 stars but the tablets are a bit hard to bite into. Taste is great though.

These are perfect for people who have difficulty swallowing large pills. They also taste really good and not like chalk as some calcium pills tend to. Great product and so glad Amazon carries them! (My doc also told me that these absorb better than the hard pills, so win-win!!)

I had a gastric bypass and I'm required to take calcium citrate supplements three times a day to keep my body nourished and because the body can only absorb so much calcium at once. The citrate is essential in gastric bypass patients because it helps battle the malabsorption that is a byproduct of the surgery.These don't taste bad and are easy to chew in swallow in my early post-op days. So far no apparent digestive issues either. Overall a worthy purchase.

I cannot swallow Calcium pills so this product has been a great help.

Taste good and no stomach problems.

No vanilla flavor whatsoever and the texture is chalky.
