Upon recommendation from my Naturopath I started taking Quecertin due to my never ending allergies. I was constantly sneezing, sniffling and had itchy eyes and throat. This supplement has had a dramatic effect. My doctor warned that it takes a couple of weeks to build up in the system so don't expect results immediately, but within 2 weeks I was doing remarkably better. My allergy symptoms are pretty much gone and I feel so much better.

I was told by a doctor I worked for that quercetin is a supplement to help build the body's immunity against allergy symptoms. It needs to be taken consistently and not just when symptomatic. I decrease the dose when allergy symptoms are not as bad, i.e. seasonal allergies - wintertime.
