This is the perfect gift for the spartan in your life. I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely LOVES it! It is incredibly well built, very sturdy, it's no going anywhere. The knives are a good quality too, so you feel like you are getting your monies worth. It is quite large, so be prepared to make room to display this bad boy. But it looks so dang good!

One of the best gifts I've ever received. My spartan sits in my kitchen and I never have to scrounge around for a knife. The knives are very sharp. The woodwork is beautiful and the design makes me smile often. Great value!

I rarely do reviews but this knife set deserves one. I love this. The set was well packed with each knife individually encased. The fork is really heavy duty so very functional. The knives work well - have used for a variety of steaks. The craftsmanship is great (i am an amateur woodworker and appreciative of quality woodwork). And it's a great conversation piece. by the way, love the name "Missing Digit Wood Shop"... i am not missing any (yet), but one thumb is a bit shorter than the other!

The Knives fade when put in the Dishwasher

Bought this for my grandson who loves to cook. I loved it and thought he would. I think for another occasion I will have to get the Chef knife set for him too! It’s so striking if you want something other than just a knife block! Definitely a show stopper!
