8274 repair complete, works
Brake and free-wheel work again, nice to have. My old 8274 from a 1978 jeep golden eagle is back off the road. This time on a 99 4Runner. That winch has seen a lot of trucks over the years and has always been fantastic. So fast... I hate slow winches...

Can’t beat authentic Warn parts! Instructions that came with the kit are a bit vague but theres lots of info available on the internet for rebuilding these winches so no big deal.
