Anyone get cans that don't look like the photo? says "all in one" in two languages? not a 4-pack, but loose cans? strange top?

Has anyone verified whether this "All in One" odd-looking product is real or fake?

Do not purchase from this person. The product is damaged and missed the spray trigger. This happen on two of the four I ordered.

How fast does Lysol work after spraying?

I’ve always read that Lysol kills germs upon contact. My concern would be how long does it continue to kill off the bad stuff. I’ve used it regularly in our bathrooms and on countertops, etc. all during the 2 years of our pandemic and everyone at our house has remained in good health! Our ages range from 22-77 year old.
