Been through a few different brands of preworkout and writing this review after a few uses of the product.Pros:-The product is heavy on the beta alanine which can cause alarming tingles if you're new to pre-workouts, work out the dose that works for you and it's great.- It's rather light on caffeine compared to other stim based pre-workouts, making it better for short term stimulant without ruining sleep for evening workouts.- The taste is pretty great. I got the Blue Razz which is better than most pre-workouts I've tried so far.- Not too expensive for the quantity you getCons:- No creatine, most pre workouts including a maintenance dose of creatine. Not necessarily a big problem for me personally, but i guess it had to be said.- The crash in my limited use was quite strong. It's great for me as someone who works out in the evening, but I'd recommend experimenting with your own personal use and schedule.The above review was written after 3 uses with 1.5 scoop doses. Packaging recommends not to take more than 2 scoops a day and I'd strongly suggest the same.

I used f9 musical asylum product before and licked it so I ordered same product this time as well but when I received and just started 1st day I felt it's totally different from before what I used taste is very bitter and quantity also very less I felt they are chiting with customer

Flavor: Tastes very good. Well balanced. Effects: The effects of 1 scoop were moderate, but certainly noticeable and in no way "overpowering". After taking one scoop about 15 mins later I began to feel much more awake and alert and also noticed a slight warm tingly feeling all over my body which was quite enjoyable (this is a effect of taking beta-alanine). At the gym I noticed I was able to bang out a couple more reps than I would normally be able to. That being said I noticed a huge difference in my ability to do high intensity cardio with the pre-workout really giving me the focus and energy to go all out. Overall this is a great product at a very competitive price point that I absolutely recommend if you are thinking of trying out pre-workout and will definitely be buying again.

I am a fitness enthusiast and spend at least 5 days a week in the gym with an intense workout routine. I needed a pre-workout that is pocket friendly and would give me that energy and strength to push that extra weight and extra time. I thought to give F9 a try and I was not disappointed. I usually take 1 scoop 15-20 mins before my workout and 2 scoop on the days that I workout my legs - the level of endurance and pump is real. Definitely worth it, specially for those who are beginning to push weights and the mid-level strength trainers. I tried the blue razz flavor and its good. P.S - a good diet, proper sleep and a consistent workout routine is a must for best outcome.

The media could not be loaded. Super pre-workout experience so far. It surely gives the required boost to the energy level. It feels smooth without causing any itching and gives strength as well as you will not get tired until 2 hours of a hard workout. Value for money and best-tasting Watermelon flavor. And it's really effective pre workout. It gives you a really good pump along with the push that you need to complete a heavy workout.

All it does is giving unpleasant itching sensation, which in general a normal thing. But when it's just itchiness and no actual effect, it sucks. Also it gave me bad stomach, which is really a huge surprise cause I can digest a piece of iron, but couldn't this drink Crush is hard, after 3 hours of pretty average hold you end up sitting with pain in stomach and absolutely no energy.Before I tried Nitraflex and Excelsior, and they are much much better than this.
