excellent flavour
unlike other Kahwa tea brands, I found this very tasty with a proper balance of spices. Was actually given one teabag to try by a friend then I ordered a whole bunch. However the packing is not in a plastic pack as shown in the advertisement. So don't expect a plastic sealed box. Nevertheless, each tea bag is in a separate hermetically sealed packet so the flavour has no chance to sublimate

Out of 5 packs of tea bags, 9 pcs. Found in 2 bags. I.e. 48 instead of 50.

Material received not against my order
Received my order of 50 packets not in plastic container which is tobe in safe box. This time why you have despatched in loose paper boxes. I disappointed with this. Because during despatch of material the product may destroy. It leeds to affect your reputation. This is first time so far my orders.
