I enrolled in a virtual cooking class and I purchased this chocolate to make truffles. OMG it was so good. My truffles meted in your mouth. Now I know why truffles are so expensive. This is not your regular supermarket chocolate chips. A bit pricey but worth the occasional splurge.

I was sent old chocolate.
The chocolates were old and how I knew was they were all ashy all over each piece. The chocolates have been sitting and exposed to air and temperature changes. It was not held properly for resale.
