Do something nice for your body(allergies permitting)
if you haven’t tried to add protein to your breakfast by avoiding fatty foods and you’re not into brain freeze in the morning am not allergic to peanut butter, this is a great cereal, even for those of us who are all allergic to things like pumpkin seeds. Protein cereal has become more popular and you can get fiber too. But can you get protein, fiber, and great tasting cereal all in the same box? Yep and Kashi has been doing it for years. I do have these with high protein Kelloggs flakes when I can get my hands on them. Throw a couple tablespoons of cinnamon all over it add a drizzle of honey, liquid of your choice - delicious and satisfying! How often can you say that about cereal? I have to make myself not skip lunch.

High in protein and delicious
Great price for a high end product. We are trying to be healthier and this checks a few boxes. No artificial ingredients, high in protein and delicious. A great choice for when we are too busy to cook a breakfast

May Develop Rancid Flavor Due To Polyunsaturated Linolenic Acid?
If I store a box of this cereal for too long, I can detect a very slight rancid flavor in it. I am extremely sensitive to this; my friends and family can't tell and think I'm crazy. As long as you eat the cereal within two weeks or so of opening the box, this shouldn't be a problem! The rancidity may be due to the flaxseed which contains polyunsaturated linolenic oils; while they are healthy, they are also highly prone to oxidation. While it is probably not a huge issue, research has suggested that oxidized oils may pose a cardiovascular health risk![...]%2Fj.1745-4506.2001.tb00028.xThis may be a consideration for you if you are similarly sensitive and take a while to finish the six boxes in this multipack.I share an apartment with two other college-aged guys. Kashi is really expensive in the grocery stores nearby, so we get monthly subscribe-and-save deliveries of the following:Kashi GOLEAN Cereal, 14.1-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal, 15-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal, Honey Almond Flax, 15-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)Kashi GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble, 15-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)Kashi Heart To Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal, 12.4-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)We save quite a bit of money this way, and we always have a stock available. I eat it for breakfast every morning and often for a snack as well - it really is tasty and filling, has lots of healthy protein and fiber, and doesn't leave you feeling sugar-shocked like kid's cereals overloaded with high fructose corn syrup and cane sugar. I rotate between the five cereals listed above to keep things interesting.I first encountered this stuff while on internship in the Bay Area. At that point I didn't have much time or inclination to cook, so I came to rely on it for quite a bit of my total caloric intake, eating it with soymilk for as many as two meals a day. To keep things interesting, I augmented it with more almonds, walnuts, pecans, fresh pomegranate, strawberries, or peaches, frozen blueberries, cocoa powder... pretty much anything I could think of! I had a lengthy bicycle commute to work and I began exploring strength training and martial arts three or four days a week at the company gym, and this stuff kept me going. It's been four years now, but this is still my favorite cereal in the Kashi family. Highly recommended!

Extreme nut
The most peanut buttery cereal I've tried. They did a great job with the flavor, and better than the other varieties from Kashi.

Tasty but received expired product
I love this cereal and have been buying it for years. High protien and fiber, lots of peanut butter flavor. Although my first attempt to order from Amazon, sent expired product. Amazon gave me a refund but wasted time waiting for the product to come and then contacting Amazon for a product not eligible to return.

HAVE ordered 78 TIMES since I found this a few years back!
PROS:GREAT PEANUT BUTTER TASTE! It reminds me of crumbled up peanut butter cookies and has a buttery taste.SMELLS like old-fashioned peanut butterBIG PLUS and why I started eating it - HIGH in potassium (my lab work showed I was low in potassium and this is a delicious way to add more!)NUTRITIONALLY better than a lot of cold cereals out there. I RARELY have anything but oatmeal. These Kashi Crunch cereals are like a treat and they TASTE like a treat, especially this one!FILLING AND SATISFYING.CONS:LOTS OF FIBER, I take two digestive enzymes before eating a bowl of this.HARD even if you let in soak in milk a bit. But it doesn't go soggy!
