This DI Box is very quiet.
This DI box, it's very quiet. It worked really well with my yamaha keyboard. When I plugged it into my snake there was no line noise whatsoever. I would recommend it for this application all day long, but when I plugged my Taylor guitar into it, it attenuated the signal so much it was unusable. I couldn't turn the gain up enough on the mixer. At first I thought there was something wrong with it. So I borrowed the same model from friend, his was the same unusable signal from my Taylor guitar. I'm only going to be able to use it on my keyboard. Unless I get a preamp.
