I bought this for my chilly study, which has only one vent for heating, and on especially cold New England days I need a bit more heat. This compact heater is very effective. It has lots of setting options, and is easy to use. There are no temperature controls, no remote control, but I have no complaints. Simple is better. You just turn it on until you feel you're warm enough, then you can turn it down a bit to help maintain the warmth without over-doing it. It has a light to let you know it is connected and ready to use, and while it is smaller than a lot of space heaters, yet it quickly gets the average size room nice and comfortable in very little time. I think overall space heaters are becoming smaller and more effective. It is light weight, easy to carry, and the directions are very clear. My only complaint is that it is kind of loud. Nonetheless, it makes a big difference, and I can't imagine getting through the winter without it.

I bought this as it is freezing cold where I work. I saw a couple of people buying heaters and was even able to use one one day. I decided to buy one for myself. Here is what I found with this purchase:1. Stating the obvious, this heater is ugly. I saw several that looked nicer, but I don't really care about that. Also, the handle is not go great. Again, not a big deal.2. This heater worked much better than the one my co-worker let me use.3. It is HOT on the low setting!4. Seems to be very stable and the tilt sensor works good but allows you to use it on surfaces that are not perfectly flat.5. Let one of my co-workers use mine...he purchased it the same night!Overall, I am very happy with my purchase! I highly recommend it!Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I use this heater in my RV as an alternative to burning the propane since there is electric included most everywhere that I camp. It does a great job heating the space, however the auto shut off does not seem to be very accurate. I have tried setting the temperature by letting it heat to a temperature, then adjusting the knob to find where it shuts off. This always leads to it either being way too hot or way too cold, making it not great at night for sleeping. The rest of the time, however, it is perfectly fine since you can just adjust it throughout the day while you're awake.

Highly recommended , small but powerful. Heats up small rooms fast.

This little heater works well.Bonus is that you can also turn off the heat function & use it as a simple fan, which I am now doing in the current heat wave.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best space heater for the money. It's easily is more powerful than larger space heaters. It can heat up a large room easily. I will be using this space heater for winter snow camping!

We wanted this heater for our small camping trailer. First of all, I will say that it heats the camper beautifully even down to temperatures a bit below freezing. This is as cold as we’ve use it so far.This heater is fairly compact. I have seen smaller ones, but most are larger… and for no good reason. 1,500 watts is 1,500 watts. There are two control knobs — one for off/fan only/low/high and one for temperature control (thermostat). The fan only function is useless. The fan is loud and doesn’t move much air. You will never use this function. It’s not a replacement for a fan in the summer. The airflow is low, which is what you want with most heaters. You want the heat to spread, but you don’t want a breeze.The thermostat seems to work well. You can hear it click, which is good for setting it to a comfortable temperature. There is an orange light that is on all the time if the heater is turned on. On the bottom, there is a safety switch that will turn the unit off if it falls over or gets picked up.I’m giving it four stars. If the fan was quieter, I would give it five stars. Having said that, I would buy it again and would recommend it… especially when it is on sale!
