Nickel metal hydride batteries
Some confusing reviews about chargers and Ni cad batteries here. These are Nickel metal Hydride batteries and there are no actual 9 volt rechargeable batteries. Lithium ion "9 volts" are two 3.7 volts cells, nowhere near 9 volts and many devices won't work with them. Ni cad 9 volts (if you could find them) are actually a bit over 9 volts. There are a couple versions of NiMH 9 volt batteries, depending on the number of cells one is a just a little below 9 volts and the other a bit over 9 volts, either is a good choice for devices that require a 9 volt alkaline battery. NiMH are now low self discharge but not able to hold charge over long periods of time. That said these are the most powerful 9 volt batteries I have ever used. In the near future (and some cylinder type AA AAA C D li ion batteries are true 1.5 volt thanks to clever circuits that limit the native 3.7 volts to 1.5 and have auto shut off to prevent cell damage) li ion true nine volts will be made with 3 cells X 3.7 volts with a voltage regulator inside. The remaining issue with li ion cells in small cylinders is that they are really flat batteries rolled up into a tube, so the the smaller AAA types are not robust yet. For real 9 volt batteries that demand power and full voltage NiMH is your best buy.

There good, but when it comes to 9v, consider lithium
I love my NiMH batteries, including these ones, but I think lithium would be a better choice for 9 volt batteries. NiMH batteries will usually have lower capacities than their alkaline counterparts (and that's ok since they're not disposable), but 9 volt batteries have too big of a gap. These are good NiMH 9 volt batteries, but I just think I should have gone with lithium.

7-Cell NiMH! (the ones you want)
These are 7-cell NiMH batteries and will be a bit over 10V when fully charged and over 8.4V for most of the discharge cycle when lightly loaded. They will work in devices that do not work well with 6-cell NiMH batteries.

Yes all great

Good quality
I have been using this brand of 9v battery a few years now. I ordered more because I added a few new 9v devices. The older ones still recharge and operate nicely.
