Good product with very limited usage
These inserts are good ONLY for very low or minimal incontinence. These can be used if the flow is very low or sparse.NOT meant for medium to moderate incontinence.

Very useful for minor urinary incontinence, especially after radical prostatectomy
Very useful for low urinary incontinence. Suggest that half the length is suitable for low urinary incontinence from my experience. The cost and pack size being same,. ofcourse the number of pieces will be double for count purpose. Absorption is really good and comfortable to keep on for the entire day.

Could be better
Main negative is lack of adhesion to panties. Also a bit uncomfortable to wear due to the frills on the side. Purpose of pads should be to catch small drips not a full wee so frills unnecessary!
