The ring arrived with a spilt in the seam and it won’t hold air. I contacted their customer support and they sent a new one! This is a sturdy ball and feels like it will hold up to exercising, but it’s not big enough to be a desk chair as it mentions. I’m 5’8” and this isn’t big enough for me sit on at a low desk, but it does fit under my desk nicely. The ring is nice and the exercise pulleys— the exercise given by them is also questionable tho. I thought it would be more effective.

I bought this for my son as a recommended by his PT for his flat feet, Sever’s and Plantar Fasciitis he developed in his right foot. He is very active in all he does and so to keep him off his feet some his PT suggested the balance ball. He can still be active but limit the time on his feet excessively jumping and bouncing. Highly recommend!

Got this for pregnancy and labor— didn’t end up using it. VERY thick material, which would. Be great for exercise but it was tougher to use for comfort with pain. I don’t love that the stand is also inflatable. It takes 24 hours to let it sit after “half” inflating it then you deflate and then reinflate.. and even with my little electric pump it took awhile. Can’t imagine using the hand pump it came with. I’m sure it would be great for exercise and it seems durable once you can use it but that beginning process is a little much. I wish I could return it but I went into labor early and missed the window. 🙃

Update:Ok I was wrong. After a lot of talking to others someone figured how to get the plastic stopper out. She was able to find a tool. I came in one day and the ball was fully blown up. I apparently didn't blow it all the way up. I sit on it frequently now and I'm able to stretch my back. I have updated the stars and admit I was wrong. It is a good ball.I got a very small ball. The box says large 65 and that’s what I ordered. I have another of the size I ordered but this is way smaller. I can’t use it as my knees are in my chest. I can’t get the plug out either to deflate it. So I can’t return it. The ball itself is of good quality. But even the tape that came with it is larger. I can’t get anymore air in it. Not at all happy.

The smell from this product is horrid. I was going to use it for a desk seat as I work from home and sit many hours a day at my computer.My desk is right next to the window and with the smell so strong, I figured opening the window for a few hours would do the job. I was gravely wrong.It’s four days later and the smell has not gotten any better. It’s so bad I had to put it away and am having to go with a different option. It’s not a new plastic smell either, it smells of some type of potent chemical.The product itself does its job.If you don’t care about a smell and want a product that does what it’s created to do, it would be a good option for you. Especially if you’re only using it for a short workout then won’t be around it.The base and the ball are good and do hold up after having been sat on/used for many hours…Did not use the exercise handles as that is not why I purchased this product.Had it not been for the smell that just will not go away or lessen… I would have given a five star.

Great ball, smaller then I thought but I am not good at dimensions. Use it at work.

Jist if this review is product is ok but don’t expect it to last!When I received this ball 7 months ago I noticed right away it was a different texture from the picture. It is not shiny and smooth, but rather a rough texture. This didn’t bother me so I just kept it. The base was awesome at first for keeping the ball in place so it didn’t roll around my office. However, I noticed the base won’t stay inflated so I stopped using that awhile ago (filled it up 4 times and gave up). The resistance bands with handles didn’t work well with the base so i gave up on those after trying them once.Today the ball spontaneously developed a hole, so it’s totally useless. There are absolutely no sharp edges or objects anywhere near it.I think the texture of the ball contributed to it getting worn and creating this cut in the ball somehow. Not sure but the texture has gotten more rough.The included pump is more fragile than you may think and I recommend using your hands to pump it rather than your foot. It’s easy to misstep on the pump with your foot and bend it out of shape.Basically, unfortunately, I think all aspects of this product are low quality.

Love this ball, my coworker & I got one just to have at work to keep us moving at our desk. The ring around the bottom provides tons of stability so you don’t roll off or fall backwards.

There seems to be no way you can contact the company at all, it is the wrong size only 45 not 65 so completely useless with the ring that's ment to hold it in place as it just rolls around and that size is far too small for me anyway. The pump was useless and didn't work, would have liked a refund but no way to contact seller please help seller really disappointed it wasn't cheap either

Me encanta la infle menos por mi altura, yo mido 1.54 pero estoy embarazada y siempre espero que en mi posición sentada quede mi cadera sobre la altura de mis rodillas, la uso para yoga y para sentarme en home office, la compré más grande para poder compartirla con mi esposo, y me encanta para descansar de la sensación de cansancio de silla Cua do pasas mucho rato trabajando! Cumplió mucho mis expectativas, el color morado muy bonito se ve coqueto en el estudio, la base (anillo/ que trae para abajo es la onda por que así en momentos que no quieres que esté ruede y ruede se mantiene en su sitio.

Llegó correctamente en tiempo y en forma, pero hay que estar al pendiente del repartidor porque los entregan sin checar los datos correctamente a otros domicilios
